    Different Islamic Groups Celebrate Christmas With Christians in Kaduna to Promote Peace, Unity.In a bid to promote interfaith relationship, large number of Muslim youths and Top Islamic scholars across the nineteen northern state converged at Christ Evangelical and life intervention ministries kaduna to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ with their Christian counterparts.They comprises different Islamic sects ranging from Tijjaniya, Sunni and members of the Islamic movement in Nigeria, IMN (Shiit) among others, who pointed out that their visit was to strengthen Christian/Muslim relationship especially in the northern part of the country.In his keynote address to the interfaith parley, the General Overseer of Ministry, Pastor Yonanna Buru explained that the annual program provided a platform for Christians and Muslims to meet in love, and dialogue on how lasting peace in the north and the country at large could be achieved.Buru said the country and the world was in dire need for peace and Harmony, hence the need to key into the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ who came to give peace to the world regardless of tribe or religion.The Peace Ambassador said in line with the reason for the season, the one day program was targeted at promoting peace, unity and understanding between Christians and the different Islamic sects to promote sustainable socio economic development of Nigeria.While calling on Nigerians to embrace the exemplary lifestyle of Jesus Christ such as love, peace and sacrifice, the clergyman who decried the raising cost of living, insecurity and poverty among others, pointed out that God was still in control.Pastor Yonanna Buru charged Islamic and Christian Clergies to embark on a ceaseless prayers toward the succesful conduct of the 2023 general elections, stressing also the need to pray for the Nigerian Army, para military and other security agencies to defeat insecurity and other challenges bedevilling peaceful co-existence in Nigeria.An Islamic scholar, Sheihk Salisu Abdullahi Giwa who led different Muslim groups from katsina, Kano and Zanfara said they came to join their Christian brothers in celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.The Islamic scholar pointed out that Christians are their fellow brothers and sisters in humanity, hence the need to attend the Church Service to celebrate and share with them the joy of the day.He appealed to Muslims and Christians that they were all children of Adam and Eve adding that, both of them have holy books that serve as a guide on how to live in peace and harmony with one another.On his part, Muslim cleric from Hayin Kogi in kaduna, Imam Ibrahim Musa expressed happiness on how Muslims and Christians were promoting good relationship through fellowship using the occasion of the birth of Jesus Christ and the prince of peace.Daniel Karlmax.

targeted at promoting peace, unity and understanding between Christians and the different Islamic sects to promote sustainable socio economic development of Nigeria.

While calling on Nigerians to embrace the exemplary lifestyle of Jesus Christ such as love, peace and sacrifice, the clergyman who decried the raising cost of living, insecurity and poverty among others, pointed out that God was still in control.

Pastor Yonanna Buru charged Islamic and Christian Clergies to embark on a ceaseless prayers toward the succesful conduct of the 2023 general elections, stressing also the need to pray for the Nigerian Army, para military and other security agencies to defeat insecurity and other challenges bedevilling peaceful co-existence in Nigeria.

An Islamic scholar, Sheihk Salisu Abdullahi Giwa who led different Muslim groups from katsina, Kano and Zanfara said they came to join their Christian brothers in celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.

The Islamic scholar pointed out that Christians are their fellow brothers and sisters in humanity, hence the need to attend the Church Service to celebrate and share with them the joy of the day.

He appealed to Muslims and Christians that they were all children of Adam and Eve adding that, both of them have holy books that serve as a guide on how to live in peace and harmony with one another.
