With Just One Week for the 2023 Elections, The Chief Of Army Staff Lieutenant General Farouk Yahaya Has Warned Political Thugs and other Miscreants Against Plans To Disrupt the Smooth Conduct of the Exercise.
He Stated this in Abuja While Inaugurating the participants of Army War College, Nigeria, Course 7 of this year.
The College Which was Established to breach the training gap between the Tactical and Operational Level leaders in the Nigerian Army, has it seven Sets of Participants Inaugurated by the Chief Of Army Staff.
The Army Chief While Inaugurating the Course, Made A Strong Statement Against Political Thugs and Other Criminal Elements to have a Rethink of there Plans to Disrupt the Election or face the consequence.
The Commandant, Army War College Nigeria, Major General Bamidele Alabi said The Course is aimed at building the Capability of the Officers Of Operational Level leaders to Respond to National Security Issues.
A Former Chief of Army Staff, retired Lieutenant General Azubuike Ihejirika who gave the inauguration lecture on the theme, “Role Of Nigerian Army In National Development” Stressed that the Nigerian Army has contributed to all sectors of the economy hence has the capacity to improve on reducing unemployment rate in the country if given the right condition.
The Army War College, Nigeria Course 7 2023 Has 73 Participants, from Military Services and Foreign Participants.
