    *New Media will strengthen Conventional.....Dr Sani Suleiman*Media Professionals especially, those in conventional settings have been urged to collaborate with the new Media towards ensuring accurate,prompt and timely dissemination of Information.A Media Guru, Dr Sani Suleiman made the call during a Valedictory meeting held in his honour as a retired Director, News,the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria.The outgoing Director of News explained that Radio Broadcasting would still existing in as much as human beings exist,hence the need for exchange of ideas,collaboration and Professional guidance between the staff of News Directorate and the new Media of the Corporation towards uplifting the people and Uniting the nation.According to Dr Suleiman, new Media enhance the quality of Conventional media if its well managed.Dr Suleiman, who had a traditional title, Masun Wunti from Bauchi State expressed appreciation to the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Muhammed, the Director General of FRCN, Dr Mansur Liman, Zonal Directors, top Management Staff and his Subordinates for the supports given to him while in service.He also gave special appreciations to those he described as dire Colleagues, in the likes of Gbenga Onayiga,Yinka Amosu who had already retired from the Corporation.The meeting which provided virtual opportunity for those outside the office,had many well wishers of the outgoing Director of News in attendance numerous encomia on the Media Guru.Dr Sani Suleiman was transferred from Kaduna to FRCN's Headquarters,Abuja and became Director of News in 2013.The Masun Wunti will bow out of Service as he turn Sixty years tomorrow.Monitor/Samuel ADEYINKA.
