Following heavy rain that rendered several houses collapsed, the Yobe state government has sent a high-power delegation to zone B comprising POTISKUM, Fika, Fine and Nangere to sympathise with victims.
The delegation representing the state Governor Mai Mala Buni also paid a courtesy visit to royal fathers from the zone.
The leader of the team and deputy Speaker Yobe State House of Assembly Muhammad Auwal were in the four affected LGs sympathise with the flood victims.
This week, nine hour heavy downpour resulted in the death of three people across the affected LGs. 
High point of the visit was the presentation of food items and building materials.
The thirteen man delegation has since returned to Damaturu the state capital.
