Senator Ibrahim Mohammed Bomai, the Senator representing Yobe South has sympathised with residents of Gurjaje Village in Fika Local Government Area, His Royal Highness the Emir of Fika and the entire people of Yobe South Senatorial District over the recent attack by some intruders that led to loss of lives and properties.
This was contained in a release made available to news men by his Legislative Aid, Abubakar Madu Buka on Wednesday morning.
According to the release, Senator Bomai described the attack as an evil act that disrupted the peace and security not only in the area but the state at large.
While sympathising and condoling with the families and relations who lost their loved ones and the entire people of Gurjaje Village over the killings, Bomai prayed that Allah grants those who lost their lives Jannatul Firdausi and the bereaved families the fortitude to bear the loss and quick recovery of those who sustained injuries.
Meanwhile, Senator Bomai has commended the effort of Yobe state Government on the measures taken to collaborate with security agencies and vigilante groups, to ensure normalcy is restored in the area and curtail future occurrence of such evil act.
